Unlike cast or welded tees, our components are machined from solid, one-piece forgings. Our proprietary forging process is optimized to add extra wall thickness at the critical 90° junctions, providing superior resistance to the fatigue caused by pressure surges, vibration, and thermal expansion. This monolithic construction ensures a continuous grain structure, eliminating the risks of porosity or weld-related defects.
Our female NPT and BSPT tapered threads are machined to exacting ASME and ISO standards. This precision ensures deep, full thread engagement for a secure, gas-tight seal, giving you confidence even in high-pressure gas applications.
The versatile 3-port design allows for endless flow path combinations. Use it to split a single inlet into two outlets, combine multiple streams, or create a compact 90° branch for instrument take-offs and sensor mounting, simplifying your piping layout.
Every Stark pipe fitting comes with full material traceability. We provide a Material Test Report (MTR) to EN 10204 3.1and PMI verification as standard, giving you absolute confidence in the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material you are installing.

Its main purpose is to create a 3-way junction for male-threaded pipes or fittings. It can be used to split one flow into two, or combine two flows into one, providing great flexibility in system design.
Yes. You will need to apply a high-quality thread sealant to the male threads of the pipes or fittings that you are installing into the female tee to ensure a leak-free seal.
A Straight Tee has all three ports of the same size (e.g., 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2"). A Reducing Tee has a smaller branch port (the middle port) than the two run ports (e.g., 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/4"). This is useful for creating a smaller take-off line for an instrument.
Yes. Our forged body construction and precision-machined NPT threads make our female tees suitable for high-pressure gas applications, provided they are installed correctly with the appropriate thread sealant.
